Who we are

ReputationManage ("we", "us") provides done-for-you online reputation and local-marketing services for businesses. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Audit form data — business name, your name, email, phone (optional), city, country, and business category, so we can prepare your audit and follow up.
• Live business lookup — if you select your business from Google suggestions, we receive its public Google listing details (name, address, rating, review count) from the Google Places API.
• Support chat — messages you send in the support widget, processed by our AI support agent to answer you.
• Basic technical data — IP address used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention; we do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To produce your reputation audit and contact you about it.
• To deliver services you purchase and report on them.
• To answer support questions.
• We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run this site: hosting (Render), AI processing of chat messages (Anthropic), and business lookup (Google Places API). Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. API credentials are held server-side and never exposed in the browser. Lead data is stored in access-controlled storage and is not published or shared. Chat sessions are isolated per visitor. Report a security concern: see the contact section below.

Google API Services & Google user data

When you connect your Google account or Google Business Profile to ReputationManage, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We access your Business Profile data (reviews, profile information, performance metrics) only to provide the reputation-management services you signed up for: monitoring reviews, drafting and publishing responses you approve, keeping your profile accurate, and reporting.
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger with notice to you.
• Humans do not read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated for internal operations.
• You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions, and we delete stored Google data on request or at service end.

Retention & your rights

We keep audit/lead data while it is needed to serve you. You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time, and we will action it promptly. EU/UK visitors: we process data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your audit request) and consent.
