The free reputation audit is an informational snapshot. Where a Google listing is matched, rating and review count are live Google data; other figures are estimates pending a verified audit. The audit is not a guarantee of any outcome.
We work diligently and report honestly, but search rankings, review volumes, AI-assistant mentions, and revenue depend on factors outside any provider's control. We do not guarantee specific results, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
We do not buy, fake, incentivize, or gate reviews; we do not suppress legitimate negative feedback; we follow platform rules and FTC guidance. We may decline work that would require violating these standards.
Plans are billed monthly (or annually where selected) and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
